We hope that independent and sustainable community development arises through a trial and error process by local residents. Metaphorically speaking, cuisine like 'welfare', 'house', 'education', 'culture', 'history', and 'job' is made of various ingredients includingcharacteristics and properties of the area and is served on the plates called ' town'.
